●     The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of work experience.

●     The ideal candidate should have an interest in pursuing a career in technology and cloud Engineering and possess a blend of technical and analyst capabilities.

●     In this role, You will proactively help customers avoid potential issues and be responsible for providing clearly articulated solutions to achieve the greatest customer satisfaction.

●     The role will need your technical knowledge, documentation, implementation, and communication skills. You will ensure high quality and on time delivery, working with cross functional teams to deliver deliverables and independently handle project work with limited supervision.

●     Willingness to support 24/7. Flexible to accommodate urgent customer needs over weekends and public holidays.

●     Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, GCP OR Multicloud.
