We are looking for 8+ years of experience in to process engineer .

Walk-in-drive in Chennai location.

HYSYS tool mandatory

1. Shall utilize the engineering skills and knowledge to meet business goals and objectives, and drive the continuous improvement activities.

2. Shall participate in development of department procedures, standards, training manuals and work instructions.

3.   Shall review Quality System Procedures / Engineering Department Procedures on a regular basis and update, whenever required.

4. Ensure the application of the relevant industry codes and standards.

5. Shall prepare and/check in process calculations such as:

a) Heat and material balance

b) Pressure drop calculations

c) Steady state simulations using HYSYS for

                                                       i.        Gas conditioning units

                                                      ii.        Well and well gathering Stations

                                                    iii.        Crude separation

                                                    iv.        Glycol Regeneration units

                                                     v.        Pumps and gas compressors

                                                    vi.        Hydraulic calculations using software for Pumps, pipelines and gas lines

                                                  vii.        Pipelines and gas lines

6. Shall design the equipment & sizing such as pumps , separator ,control and choke valves, vessels, heat exchanges, column etc.

7. Relief valve sizing and selection, and its inlet & outlet lines.
