Responsibilities:
● Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit
interviews, including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and
audits for accuracy and compliance
● Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that covers
absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change,
and all other employee-relations matters
● Assist in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide
guidance and interpretation for business operations
● Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including biweekly and semimonthly
updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, vacation/sick pay, expense
reimbursements, hourly-employee validations, and benefits changes
Must have:
● 4-6 years proven experience as an HR Generalist
● Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
● Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
● Working knowledge of MS Office and HRIS systems
● Excellent communication and people skills
● Aptitude for problem-solving
● Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
● Experience working with startups or organizations with less than 150 employees
● Strong knowledge of talent acquisition and recruitment processes
● Documents verification and offer negotiation as part of recruitment process
