We are looking for someone who can:

● Lead CI/CD initiatives, leveraging expertise in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CICD,

CircleCI, and cloud-specific offerings (Azure DevOps, AWS DevOps) to automate secure

builds, testing, and deployments across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Champion a DevSecOps mindset to integrate security throughout the development Life Cycle.

Define the overall cloud architecture, including infrastructure design principles,

containerization strategy, CI/CD pipeline structure, and disaster recovery plan.

● Possess strong knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Build,

manage, and optimize IaaS environments for scalability, performance, and

cost-effectiveness. Demonstrate advanced knowledge of container orchestration tools

(Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, Rancher) and configuration management tools (Ansible,

Terraform) for infrastructure automation and consistency.

● Proficiently utilize monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloudwatch) and log

management tools (Splunk, Datadog, ELK Stack) to diagnose performance bottlenecks,

implement comprehensive observability practices, and ensure system health.

● Possess a strong understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance

frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, PCI DSS). Implement security controls, encryption, and access

management to safeguard sensitive data in the cloud environment.

● Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and tools, recommending and evaluating

potential solutions to optimize the cloud infrastructure.

● Strong understanding of networking and complex networked software systems.

● Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum & Kanban) with strong problem-solving

skills at the server and application level.

● Foster close collaboration between development and operations teams, promoting a

culture of shared ownership and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide junior

engineers in adopting DevOps principles and best practices.

● Ability to contribute beyond coding through code reviews, demos, and proof-of-concept Solutions.
