Business Development Manager ( Only Insurance Background) 3+ Years


·       Oversee Branch-level operations and drive business growth through the Banca Channel.

·       Build and maintain strategic partnerships with banking partners.

·       Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.

·       Lead and mentor hierarchy a high-performing sales team.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, financial advisors, and brokers

·       Strong understanding of life insurance products, policies, and the regulatory environment.

·       Track sales performance and customer feedback, providing insights for continuous improvement.

·       Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

 

Requirements
