Job Overview


We are currently hiring for the position of (Mehsana-immediate) Area Business Manager at Anhox Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and business development activities in the Mehsana region of Gujarat, India. This is a full-time position with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field
  • Proven experience as a successful sales representative or business manager in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing excellent service
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Diplomatic and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase market share in the Mehsana region
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and distributors
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities
  • Train and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Coordinate with the marketing department to execute promotional activities and campaigns
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards
