Job Overview


We are currently seeking an Area Business Manager to join our team at Anhox Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent leadership and sales skills to manage and expand our business in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software
  • Valid driver's license


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in Guwahati, Assam, India
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure attainment of sales goals
  • Build strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to promote our products and maximize sales opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and analyze competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute effective promotional strategies and campaigns
  • Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to make informed business decisions
  • Manage budgets, resources, and expenses effectively to achieve cost targets
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and events to enhance brand visibility and network with potential customers
