Job Roles & Responsibility
Find upcoming racking projects and sites
Lead generation
Project site exploration & detailed research
Initiate contact with key stakeholders like Project Managers, Purchase Managers, etc.
Presentation/Demonstration of the product range with a clear benefit analysis
Identifying new applications and where can we pitch our products
Action-oriented meetings and commitment at the close of the meeting.
Qualifying the needs and coordinate with design and operations for quotes and winning the
lead.
Follow-up with customer’s for submitted proposals, closing sales.
Extensive traveling to customer sites on daily basis.
Desired Candidate
Proven sales experience of 0-2 Years
Track record of over-achieving quota
BTech in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or Similar Diploma courses
Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
Computer use competency
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and driven
1 candidate is preferred to be from Pharma Equipment Sales background.
1 candidates preferred to be from Material Handling Equipment / Conveyors project sales
background.
Job Location – 2 positions in Pune (Candidate must be open to travel pan-India via rail/bus
