As a Phone Banking Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support and assistance, and promoting our products and services.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in phone banking or a similar customer service role
• Good understanding of the BFSI industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of insurance and finance products is a plus
• Proficient in computer skills and familiar with CRM systems
