KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER.
The Key Account Manager (KAM) maintains and expands relationsshios with important customers. The KAM is responsible towards achieving the assigned sales quota and operate in alignment with the strategic obejectives.
The KAM is required to ensure that the customer’s needs and expectations are met by the company.
The position report to the Sales Head of the Organization.
• Establish productive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
• Builds and services a strong, extensive network of Architects, Interior Designers, Builders and Developers.
• Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
• Involves in product consultation, specifications, pricing, negotiation and deal closure with the customers.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
• Assists the Sales Head in planning and implanting Sales and Marketing Plans.
• Proactively assesses, clarifies and validates customer needs on and ongoing basis.
• Develop and maintain sales and allied reports as required for management decision making and review.
• Achieves assigned sales quota in designated strategic accounts.
• Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
• Achieves strategic customer objectives defined by company management.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company’s standards.
Excellent communication and client handlingskills,
