Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Hsc with 1 year international chat process
• Graduation with 09 months domestic/international process
• Excellent English communication skills
• Previous experience in chat process or customer service
• Strong knowledge of gaming industry
• Familiarity with African markets and African clients is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in email communication

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist international gaming customers through chat support
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
• Ensure timely and accurate information is provided to customers
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with gaming industry trends and provide recommendations to customers
• Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about Angel Recruiting's gaming clients
