Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team at Angel Recruiting. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR activities and supporting the HR Manager in day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to gain valuable experience in the field of HR.

• Hsc/ graduation Can apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Familiarity with HR software and tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates
• Administer new employee onboarding process
• Manage employee documentation and records
• Assist in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures
• Support HR Manager in employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Assist in payroll administration
• Coordinate employee benefits and insurances
• Conduct exit interviews and assist in offboarding process
• Stay updated with relevant HR laws and regulations
