Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.
2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ledgers, and accounts.
3. Reconcile financial discrepancies and resolve any accounting issues.
4. Process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
5. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
6. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for financial transactions.
7. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
8. Conduct regular financial analysis to identify areas for improvement.
9. Assist in the annual audit process and liaise with auditors.
10. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and ensure compliance.
11. Provide support in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Accounts Executive.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
