• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Providing information about our services and guiding customers through the recruitment process
• Assisting clients with any technical difficulties they may encounter
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure smooth communication and coordination
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department
• Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and latest industry trends
• Providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements
• Building strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
