We are hiring a Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will assist them with their inquiries, grievances, and provide timely resolution. This is a full-time position located in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The employment type is Full-Time and we are looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the agreed time limits.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints for future reference.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain customer databases.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Stay updated with product and service information to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
