• Business development executive who will extensively be working to develop New leads from different verticals and Businesses

• Need to have a Diploma or Bachelors in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Civil Engineering.

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing with hands on experience in sales of Building/construction material, MEP Services etc.

• Detailed knowledge of engineering technics, MEP and Steel products (steel structures preferred)

• Good with technical analysis with ability to research and come up with solutions.

• Hands on in Microsoft word, Excel & Power point

• Detailed knowledge about AUTO CAD 2D/3D.

• Ready to Travel PAN India on need basis (10-12 days approximate a month for BD related activities)

• Person with attention to details and rigor for quality perfection

• Time bound delivery of project deliverables

o Developing good work practices

o Developing standard procedures to save time

o Minimizing number of Engineering changes

o High quality delivery

• Ability to be a team player

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with detail as well as with general assignments

How will you be executing this role: 

• Engaging and communicating with various business verticals and generate 

• Establishing Connections with Building material influencers / Designers/selectors(consultants).

• Work closely and build relationships with customers.

• Execute the brand’s marketing and Sales Assurance strategy.

• Collect relevant market information for the team to contribute to growth strategies

• Increasing the brand awareness and value proposition in Respective markets

• Support marketing side with feedbacks for improvement in overall communication towards customers.

• There will be a set performance parameter that will be aligned with this role, that are as follows. 

o Lead generation counts

o Deal closure counts

o Revenue number (Sales revenue – on Half yearly basis) 

o Offering of options that could potentially provide flexibility and up-sell

o Respond timely and accurately to all technical requests related to product reliability, design requests, approvals, service, and repairs etc.
