Job Overview: As an HR Generalist Assistant Manager at Zeno Health, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and HR Operations functions. The ideal candidate will bring 6 to 8 years of experience in HR, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of HR processes, HRIS management, and a proactive approach to employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. HRIS Management:

• Administer and maintain the HRIS to ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.

• Collaborate with IT and vendors to implement system upgrades and enhancements.

• Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making.

2. HR Operations:

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.

• Streamline and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Manage compliance with labor laws and regulations.

3. Employee Relations:

• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.

• Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.

• Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to improve employee satisfaction.

4. Performance Management:

• Support the performance management process, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.

• Collaborate with managers to address performance-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 6-8 years of progressive experience in HRIS and HR Operations.

• Strong understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and industry best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
