05 to 07 yrs in Franchise/ Distribution network

·        Need to develop Franchise in given territory.

·        Achieve New Franchise Target as per Orginsation budget

·        Develop and monitor lead generation sources.

·        Need to work closely with other internal departments.

·        Monitoring the performance of existing Franchise and also need to give Training and Development for existing Franchise staff.

·        Should have experience of handling the sales team

·        Good knowledge and experience of handling sales through dealer and distributor.

·        Attending monthly sales target of your Territory.
