• Analyzing company processes for delays, obstructions, and weaknesses.
• Advising on process upgrades to improve production rates and reduce costs.
• Assessing process orders.
• Servicing and maintaining production equipment.
• Creating production process reports.
• Advanced knowledge of process systems software
• Advanced communication skills.
• Analytical thinker.
• Ability to lift and operate heavy equipment.
• Advanced mechanical skills.
• Excellent English verbal & written comm. skills
• To ensure & maintain high level of customer service by taking ownership of customer enquiries & handling of orders from receipt. 
• Backend support for US clients.
