Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather requirements and define project goals.

• Conduct user research and analyze user feedback to inform design decisions and create user-centric solutions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to demonstrate design concepts and interactions.

• Design visually stunning and intuitive user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.

• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across projects.

• Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and market trends.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and provide necessary design assets and specifications.

• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously improve the design process and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design principles and showcasing a range of design projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, is a must. HTML/CSS, Javascript experience will be a plus

• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile app design.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality designs on time.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
