Salary: up to INR 30,000/-

Qualification: B.Ed / D.Ed in Special Education

Key Responsibilities:

• Must Have prior experience with Autistic children.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs.

• Assess students’ skills and learning requirements to provide customized support.

• Adapt and modify curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities.

• Work collaboratively with general education teachers, therapists, and counselors to support student learning.

• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records, adjusting teaching methods as needed.

• Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and school staff on best practices for special education.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters student engagement and success.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and procedures regarding special education.

• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices and new methodologies.

• Must Have: Knowledge of Speech Therapy
