Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Land Identification & Acquisition

• Search and identify potential land locations for telecom mobile tower installations in Gujarat

• Conduct thorough due diligence to verify all required land documents.

• Negotiate rental agreements with landlords, ensuring compliance with rental guidelines.

Customer Coordination:

• Present site options to customers and obtain their approval.

• Finalize rental agreements with landlords after customer approval, ensuring alignment with company guidelines. 

Location: This position is based in Gujarat, with frequent travel required within the region

• Immediate - 15 Days Joiners will be preferred
