Job Description:

• In charge of all Centre in Bangalore

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evaluations

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine children's communication abilities and needs

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to children to improve their speech and language skills

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support children's communication development

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress notes and share them with other members of the team when required

• Coordinate with other members of the multidisciplinary clinical team

• Develop protocols for assessment, treatment, and management and assist in their implementation

• Create and modify resources and manuals

• Participate in other activities on an as-needed basis – case perspective areas, workshops, seminars, etc

• Immediate - 15 joiners will be preferred.
