Qualification: MBA / Graduate

Experience: 4+ Years

Reporting To: CFO

Salary: up to INR 30,000/-

Locations: Vishwakarma Industrial Area, Jaipur

Job Description:

• Keeping track of the attendance of the employees and making salaries accordingly.

• Filing the leave forms and keeping track of leaves taken.

• Seeing to it that there is not much absenteeism on any given day.

• Coordinate with the department in charge to manage manpower in all departments.

• Keeping and maintaining the records of ESI and PF.

• When a candidate joins then introduce him to all HOD’s.

• Manage security guard activity and take regular feedback.

• Add to the newly joined employee in the Sevier system and fulfil all forms and formalities.

• Accidents record updating and maintenance.

• Distribute the salary to all manpower.

• Coordinate during candidate interview.

• Prepare Skill matrix and training record

• Motivate employees

• Prepare full and final when an employee leaves.

• Must have Manufacturing Industry experience.

• Good Communication Skills
