We are Hiring a Senior Clinical Manager

Qualification: MBA in Healthcare / Hospital Administration

Experience: 4+ Years

Industry: Clinic

Salary: up to INR 50,000/-

Locations: Old Rajinder Nagar, New Delhi

Interview Mode: Face to Face


Job Summary:

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the clinic. You will oversee administrative tasks, manage patient schedules, coordinate with healthcare providers for referrals, and ensure compliance with regulations and protocols. Your role is crucial in maintaining a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Management:

- Provide leadership and direction to clinic staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

- Develop and implement strategic plans, goals, and objectives for the clinic.

- Monitor and evaluate clinic performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.


2. Operational Oversight:

- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and procedures.

- Develop and implement operational protocols to enhance efficiency and productivity.

- Manage clinic resources effectively, including budgeting, staffing, and equipment procurement.


3. Patient Coordination:

- Coordinate patient appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits efficiently.

- Coordinate patient flow within the clinic to minimize wait times.

- Ensure patient records are accurately maintained and updated.


4. Administrative Duties:

- Coordinate with clinic reception

- Oversee billing and payment processing procedures.

- Maintain inventory of clinic supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment as needed.

- Oversee administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.


5. Staff Coordination:

- Coordinate schedules and assignments for clinic staff and administrative personnel.

- Provide support and guidance to staff members, ensuring adherence to clinic policies and procedures.

- Facilitate staff training and development initiatives as necessary.


6. Quality Assurance and Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

- Monitor clinic operations to maintain cleanliness, safety, and infection control protocols.

- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.


7. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with healthcare providers to maintain and generate referrals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, to

optimize patient care delivery.

- Coordinate with external stakeholders such as doctors, clinics, hospitals and other referral sources.
