Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in EE / EC / EI / EEE

Preferred Industries: Hearing Aids / Medical Equipments / Medical Device / Healthcare / Hearing Aids / Medical / Pharma or Similar

Job Summary:

• To drive business development in the designated territory by increasing the business of Diagnostic Equipment in Private Clinics, Hospitals, and Government hospitals.

• Patient referrals can be generated to our clinics through referrals from ENTs, Audiologists, corporate & private hospitals, and Government Hospitals & Institutions, or through conducting camps in affluent societies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Overall responsibility for business development in nearby regions.

2. Generate leads and business for Audiology Equipment and Vestibular Setup.

3. Identifying and regularly connecting with customers (ENTs, Audiologists, corporate & private hospitals, and Government Hospitals & Institutions)

4. Actively seek new sales opportunities and expand our footprint to new potential areas.

5. Innovatively recommend marketing opportunities and initiatives to undertake.

6. Must be able to give Demonstrations & Installations

7. Able to attend negotiation meetings in Institutes when required.

8. Working in Government Hospitals for tender

9. Responsibility for marketing initiatives

10. Report Daily about the visits made in a day.

11. Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, to collect and nurture leads for better outcomes.

12. Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management

13. Analyzing sales trends across the audiology industry to develop effective strategies and optimize the current ones.

14. Good communication skills
