Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in ME

Experience: 4+ Years

Industry: Auto Parts Manufacturer

Salary: up to INR 7LPA

Interview Mode: Face to Face

Key Responsibilities:

• Defect analysis with 7QC tools like Pareto analysis, fishbone diagram, and Why-Why analysis.

• Knowledge of the TS16949 Documentation.

• Process and product Aduit.

• CAPA for non-confirmly observes.

• Responsible for organizing the daily rejection meeting & take corrective action with CFT team members.

• Demonstrate ability in working on initiatives, bring down the internal rejection as well as the customer End rejection.

• To Handle the customer complaints.

• Make the Monthly rejection Analysis and Make a plan for rejection.

• Training to worker for safety, multi-skills & multi-planning ,5S and Quality.

• Responsible for Quality at Final Quality Assurance and proper utilization of Manpower.

• Team Members of implementation of POKA-YOKES to arrest manual errors/assembly lapse in assembly line /customer complaints in the QC circle team.

• Reducing cost & Enhance Quality by reducing rejection % and re-work on rejection %.

• Line rejection punching & scrapping in ERP.

• Focusing on proper root cause analysis of abnormality found in the process through Retrospective Analysis.

• Must have prior experience with Foundry / Automobile Industry.

• Immediate - 15-day joiners will be preferred.

Training:

1. ISO/TS 16949/2009, ISO 9001/2015, ISO 14001/2015

2. OHSAS 18001:2007

3. Geometric Dimensions & Tolerance (GD&T).

4. 7QC tolls,5S, FEMA, Kaizen, POKE YOKA & TPM, MSP, APQP

5. Fire fighting
