Job Description:

• Welcomes customers by greeting them and offering them assistance
• Advises customers by providing information on products, prices, details etc.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising and store presentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
• Processes payments by totalling purchases; processing checks, cash, and store or other credit cards
• Proper Maintenance of the Stock Taking registers
• Follow-up calls as a part of after-sales service.
• ​Participate in sales events, promotions, and product launches.
• Other duties as advised by the store sales team.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
