Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities​:

● Should be comfortable with Home Visits and Travelling

● Diagnose and assess the condition of the patient with accuracy using standardized outcome measures.

● Use of the Company's Application in various conditions for assessment & therapy, wherever applicable.

● Develop and customize treatment programs to delay the progression of a disease, and maintain, improve or restore function and contemporary treatment approaches.

● Deliver patient care services in clinics, hospitals, home care or via telemedicine based on the business requirements and patient condition.

● Monitor, review and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.

● Regular follow-up with patients to encourage compliance ​w​ith the treatment protocol for desirable outcomes.

Patient Education and Support

● To give appropriate guidance on the condition and expected outcomes to the patient and family based on current evidence.

● Educate the patient & family

Documentation and Reporting

● Document patient case notes and clinical reports within the stipulated timelines

● Maintain operations data and provide relevant information to the MIS team, in the prescribed format.

● Collect feedback and testimonials from patients after obtaining necessary consent.

Professional Development

● Participate in study, research & Case Presentation

● Stay updated on the latest advancements in physiotherapy practice.

● Should be Fluent in English, Hindi and Local Language.

● Immediate - 15-day joiners will be preferred.
