Education: MPT / BPT / B.Ed in Special Education / MA in Psychology

Job Description:

• Handling patient queries 

• Interaction with Parents & their Counseling 

• Billing/ Invoicing and payment collection

• Preparing MIS reports of the Clinic on a daily basis

• Coordinating with corporate teams like operations, marketing, etc. as per the clinic's requirement

• Counseling and providing consultations with the patients about the services available.

• Ensuring all of the above is done ethically and with honesty.

• Overall, maintaining a very cordial and positive atmosphere at the reception/clinic and helping begin and maintain excellent relationships with patients and the internal staff/doctors.

• Providing individual therapies to children to improve, regain, and develop the skills needed for day-to-day life.

• Skill in treating Pediatric physical therapy patients

• Evaluation, creation, and implementation of therapy plans.

• Should Be Fluent in Punjabi, English & Hindi

• Must Have prior experience with a Child Development Centre

• Immediate - 15-day joiners will be preferred.
