Job Description:

• Stay on the OPD floor & manage the smooth flow of appointments during the shift

• Patient appointment tracking and scheduling efficiently

• Direct interaction with patients to greet them at the time of arrival

• Good computer knowledge and adaptability to software programs

• Assisting walk-in patients with appointments

• Patient documents and data management

• Independently respond to patient queries and resolve issues

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of daily cash to accounts at the end of the shift

• Good communication skills

• Immediate joiners Based at in Gurgaon will be preferred
