We are Hiring a Motion Graphics Designer

Qualification: MFA / BFA / Graduate or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience: 2 - 4 Years

Industry: Medical / Retail Healthcare

Salary: up to INR 35,000/-

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design: Create stunning visual assets for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, newsletters, business cards, logos, and other marketing materials.

• Motion Graphics & Video Editing: Design and animate dynamic video content, including motion graphics and videos for use in social media ads, websites, and digital marketing campaigns.

• Meta Ads Graphics & Videos: Produce creative and eye-catching ad assets (static images and videos) optimized for Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) to boost brand awareness and engagement.

• Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance visual consistency across all materials in alignment with the brand’s voice, style, and guidelines.

• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to align design work with campaign objectives and target audiences.

• Tool Mastery: Utilize industry-standard software tools for designing, editing, and animating content, ensuring top-quality deliverables.

• Concept Development: Contribute to brainstorming sessions, offering fresh and innovative design concepts that help drive the company’s visual communication strategies.

• File Management: Ensure proper file organization and version control, especially when working on large campaigns or ongoing projects.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience with Meta Ads and understanding of best practices for Facebook and Instagram ads.

• Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) for designing newsletters.

• UI/UX design experience or knowledge of web design is a plus.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles for creating optimized visuals for web content.

Proficient in Graphic Design & Illustration Software:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• CorelDRAW

• Affinity Designer (a plus)

Video Editing & Motion Graphics Software:

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• Final Cut Pro (a plus)

• DaVinci Resolve (a plus)

Other Design & Animation Tools:

• Adobe Animate

• Cinema 4D or Blender (for 3D modeling/animation)

• Procreate (for digital illustration, optional but a plus)

Web & UI Design Tools (optional but preferred):

• Figma

• Adobe XD

• Sketch

• InVision

Collaborative Tools & Platforms:

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Additional Software/Tools:

• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• Dropbox (for cloud storage and file sharing)

• Canva (for quick designs, optional)
