We are Hiring for an Indian eCommerce startup that specializes in D2C, offering innovative and educational toys designed to enhance creativity in children. Our unique products are tailored to meet the diverse needs of kids, providing creative solutions that inspire and engage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meta Sales Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and optimize Meta sales campaigns for our e-commerce brand clients.

- Budget Management: Handle monthly ad spend of ₹50 lakh while ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.

- Performance Monitoring: Consistently achieve 5 ROAS through strategic planning and performance monitoring.

- Google Shopping Campaigns: Set up, manage, and optimize Google Shopping campaigns to maximize product visibility and sales.

- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.

- Reporting & Analytics: Regularly report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and content teams to ensure campaign consistency and alignment with brand objectives.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in managing high-budget Meta sales campaigns for e-commerce brands.

- Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve a 5 ROAS.

- Proficiency in Google Shopping campaigns, with a strong understanding of optimization techniques.

- Prior experience working with toy or kids brands is a strong advantage.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
