Job Summary:
• Being a Sales Manager in pharmaceuticals gives you the responsibility for promoting and selling products and services to achieve the agreed sales targets. You are a results-driven leader that can inspire a team.
Primary Roles & Accountabilities:
• Being a salesperson in the pharmaceutical industry, you may need to talk to doctors, pharmacies, or hospital management to sell your company product.
• The first and foremost challenge faced by pharma sales teams in recent times is cost-cutting.
• Monitoring competitor activities in the industry by reading industry publications and attending industry events
• Making regular calls to existing clients to ensure they are satisfied with the product or service they are receiving
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
