Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to oversee and support daily IT operations, maintain computer systems, and ensure the smooth running of all digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot issues, manage software and hardware installations, and support company-wide IT policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to staff for hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT infrastructure.

• Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, internet connections, firewalls, and antivirus systems.

• Manage user accounts, emails, and access rights across company systems.

• Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and tested regularly.

• Keep software licenses up to date and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system outages and performance issues.

• Assist in implementing new technology solutions and system upgrades.

• Maintain inventory of IT assets and prepare periodic reports.

• Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, and service support.

• Train staff on new technologies and IT security practices.

• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Office 365, and networking concepts.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
