Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Key Result Areas (KRAs) aligned with organizational goals

• Design and implement performance appraisal systems

• Facilitate performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

• Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations

• Collaborate with department heads to set performance targets and metrics

• Must have good Knowledge of Compliance and Audits

• Must have Good communication skills
