Job Description:

• Must Have Prior experience in Hiring Telecom Profiles Like RF Engineers, Riggers, BTS Engineer and Others

• You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfil the staffing needs of the company

• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

• Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing channels, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and attract potential candidates

• Extensive Head Hunting and Cold Calling Activity

• Candidate must possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication skills
