Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Must-Have Prior experience with the Book Publication Industry.

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer with a background in the publishing industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in designing book layouts, covers, and promotional materials, with a strong understanding of the visual requirements for print and digital publishing. The candidate should also have experience​ in managing multiple projects, collaborating with editorial and production teams, and delivering high-quality design work within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and layout book covers, interior pages, and eBooks in line with publishing standards.

2. Collaborate closely with editors, authors, and the production team to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

3. Create visually appealing promotional materials, such as brochures, banners, and marketing graphics for both print and digital platforms.

4. Ensure all designs ​ meet the technical requirements for printing, including colour management, resolution, and file formatting.

5. Develop concepts and design strategies that align with the company's branding and publishing vision.

6. Revise designs based on feedback from internal stakeholders, maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the process.

7. Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies relevant to publishing.

8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

9. Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
