Roles and Responsibilities

•​ Provide chairside assistance to dentists during procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.

•​ Maintain accurate records of patient treatment plans, progress notes, and billing information.

•​ Handle instruments, equipment, and supplies with care to prevent contamination or damage.

•​ Schedule appointments, manage waiting lists, and maintain a clean reception area.

•​ Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding treatment options and outcomes.
