Role Overview: As a CRM specializing in Salesforce, you will be responsible for overseeing the organization's interactions with its customers, clients, and sales prospects. Your primary objective will be to leverage Salesforce to optimize customer relationships, streamline processes, and drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Interact with customers on a day-to-day basis to understand their queries, and guide them to proper end-to-end solutions

2. Lionizing with the HO CRM team for proper coordination to solve customer queries and convert them into business

3. Answer questions and address complaints from Clients & Vendors

4. Maintain MIS & other reports required from time to time by the department or supervisor

5. Keep updated on products, processes, and operational workflow.

6. Communicate with the end-users about the service-related issues

7. Provide basic technical support to dispensers and consumers if necessary.

8. Other tasks and special projects as assigned.

9. Do follow up with the end-users regularly

10. Support corporate health and safety objectives.

11. Work on online leads follow up with the end-users and transfer the inquiry to the respective setup

12. Additional responsibilities as and when assigned by the management.

13. Must Have knowledge of Salesforce Software
