Qualification: MBA / B.Tech / Graduate

Role Overview: Drive revenue growth by acquiring and managing key enterprise accounts. Develop and execute sales strategies, tailor solutions, and close large deals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Acquire and manage enterprise clients

2. Develop and implement sales strategies

3. Tailor telecom solutions to client needs

4. Lead negotiations and close contracts

5. Collaborate with internal teams

6. Report on sales performance and forecast

7. Must have prior experience in Passive and Active telecom.

8. Manage both Field and Office Operations

9. Good experience in Team Handling.

Qualifications:

1. 7+ years of enterprise sales experience in telecom

2. Deep industry knowledge and strong sales skills

3. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
