Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong analytical and documentation skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, document business processes, and support project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.

• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Use Case Documents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, objectives, and business needs.

• Work with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical implementation.

• Facilitate client discussions, understand pain points, propose solutions, and ensure clear communication.

• Track project progress using JIRA, Zoho, or similar project management tools.

• Conduct data analysis using Excel and generate insights for process improvements.

• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure deliverables meet business expectations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business challenges and propose effective solutions.

• Strong experience in documentation (BRD, SRS, Use Cases, Flowcharts, Wireframes, etc.).

• Proficiency in JIRA, Zoho, or other project tracking tools.

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

• Strong client communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Understanding of SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Agile methodologies.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
