We are Hiring an Admin Executive(M)
Interview Mode: Face to Face
Job Location: Okhla, Delhi
Experience: 1 - 2 Years
Salary: up to INR 20,000/-
Industry: NGO / CDC
Qualification: Graduate
Role & Responsibilities:
• Managing Front Desk (attending Calls & Connecting to Concern Employee)
• Visitor Coordination
• Coordinating with Vendors for timely supplies
• Workstation arrangements, seat updation reports, Boardroom & Conference Room Bookings
• Preparing MIS related to Administration Expenses
• Managing consumable stock i.e. pantry items, stationery & housekeeping
• Billing, Petty Cash, PO generation, Coordination with Procurement team for billing, invoices, receipts,
• Travel executions including (Visa, tickets, Forex etc.)
• Working Knowledge of MS Office is a must
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
