Job Summary:

Increase market penetration in all segments viz. Institutions, Multispecialty hospitals, Independent ENT hospitals (big or small), Medical Colleges, and Hearing aid centres in the assigned areas utilise the sales process in order to achieve revenue, profitability and expense targets.

Job Description:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

2. Establish productive and professional relationships with the key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

3. Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.

4. Grow revenue from the current and new customer base.

5. Implement locally all national promotions and programs.

6. Check whether the Sales/Margin and collection targets met or exceeded.

7. Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.

8. Maintain consistent customer contact and relationship.

9. Market feedback on competitors’ activity and offerings.

10. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.

11. Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.

12. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs.

13. Liaise with the Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.

14. Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.

15. Excellent communication skills

16. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in selling to Hospitals & Institutes.

17. Ready to travel 18-20 days in a month

18. Basic knowledge of geography & language in the area assigned to him.
