Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store In Charge to join our team at ANB Infrastructures Pvt Ltd in Bhatapara. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The Store In Charge will oversee inventory management, coordinate supply chain logistics, and ensure efficient retail operations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong proficiency in inventory management (Mandatory skill)
• Extensive experience in supply chain logistics, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to the store
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, driving productivity and engagement
• Expertise in vendor management to negotiate contracts and maintain relationships
• Proficient in stock control practices to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Solid understanding of retail operations for seamless store functionality
• Excellent customer service skills to address and resolve queries efficiently
• Strong data analysis skills to track and interpret inventory metrics

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire inventory management process, including stock levels, orders, and returns
• Coordinate and manage supply chain logistics to ensure timely delivery from suppliers
• Lead and supervise the store team, providing training and support as required
• Handle vendor management tasks, including contract negotiations and supplier relationships
• Implement stock control measures to minimize losses and optimize inventory levels
• Manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring the store runs smoothly and efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed customer expectations
