Job Overview

ANB Infrastructures Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources professional with a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 6 years of experience for a mid-level position. This is a full-time role located at our headquarters in Indore. The ideal candidate will have diverse experience in managing various HR functions and will be responsible for ensuring HR compliance, recruitment, and employee relations among others.


Qualifications and Skills

  • HR Compliance (Mandatory skill)

  • Proven experience in recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates.

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations practices and experience in addressing workplace issues.

  • Proficiency in performance management, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.

  • Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs that enhance employee skills and performance.

  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, benefits enrollment, and employee queries.

  • Effective conflict resolution skills with the ability to mediate and resolve disputes among employees.

  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) management and data reporting.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations and policies.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer letters.

  • Foster a positive working environment by handling employee relations and addressing grievances and disciplinary actions promptly.

  • Oversee performance management processes, including setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and developing improvement plans.

  • Design and implement effective training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring employees receive proper payroll and benefit services.

  • Resolve workplace conflicts through effective mediation and by maintaining a fair and transparent workplace environment.

  • Maintain and manage HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and generating reports for management decision-making.
