Responsibilities for Pre-Sales Manager:

1.    Ensure that the best resources are assigned to achieve the task at hand and work closely with the sales team to define sales strategy, demand generation, and focus on the correct deals.

2.    Ensure coverage of all of our Customer Engagement solutions within your team or in collaboration with your colleagues and innovate, strive to develop simpler and more efficient ways of achieving the same outcome.

3.    Specialize in Second Home/Holiday Home Products:

a.   Tailor sales approaches specifically for holiday or second home offerings.

b.   Understand market demands and customer preferences in this niche market segment.

4.    Develop Buzz and Interest:

a.   Utilize targeted marketing efforts to create excitement and anticipation.

b.   Implement strategies to generate curiosity and interest among potential buyers.

5.    Drive Walk-ins and Remote Engagement:

a.   Utilize virtual platforms for remote customer engagement, allowing potential buyers to explore properties from anywhere.

b.   Implement targeted marketing efforts to drive foot traffic to physical locations, leveraging techniques like location-based advertising and promotional events.

6.    Optimize Sales Processes and Customer Experience:

a.   Ensure seamless sales processes to streamline transactions and minimize friction points.

b.   Optimize customer experience to increase satisfaction and foster repeat business, focusing on personalized service and post-purchase support.

7.    Identify, understand, and serve as converser of the market needs in terms of analytical and business solutions, proposing the developments that allow focusing the management on the implementation of solutions and projects of consultancy, innovation, and satisfaction of the needs of the clients.

8.    Assist in establishing call center objectives, provide representatives with opportunities to expand their knowledge of services, products, analyze call center data, and focus on improving performance and processes in an effort to better support customers.

9.    Hire, train, coach, and lead call center representatives as they provide support for customers and set high-quality standards on the leads served by the contact center.

10. Answer representatives' questions, guide them through difficult calls or issues, handle issues that cannot be fielded by representatives, and lead team meetings to better understand the calls representatives are receiving, educate and coach employees regarding processes and practices, and explain expectations to employees.

11. Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in the process and assist other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.

12. Ensure staff members achieve desired service levels and take corrective action as needed, manage leaves, absenteeism, and attrition within the team, and have technical know-how of the CRM and dialer, which will be an added advantage.

13. Identify customer acquisition opportunities and write sales pitches, provide product knowledge to marketing and sales teams, and analyze potential markets before product launch.

14. Design presentations and make Discovery Calls, as well as qualify leads, and ensure strong external and management reporting skills by preparing reports and analyzing call center data to improve processes, ensure resources are properly allocated, and maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

15. Take on other tasks or projects to support employees, other managers, and call center operations.

Skills/ Experience required:

1.    Age: Above 35

2.    Education: Bachelor's or master’s degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent.

3.    Experience: 10+ years in Real Estate Pre-Sales

a.   Availability:

b.   Willing to work in rotational shifts and have rotational weekly offs as per process requirement.

c.   6 days working with split weekly off.

d.   Willing to work in a 24*7 window, if required, depending on business expansion

Salary Grid:

a)   Mid-level Pre-Sales Head: 6-8 years of experience - 7 Lakhs to 8 Lakhs

b)   Senior Pre-Sales Head: 10+ years of experience - 8 Lakhs to 10 Lakhs
