Role Description:
The role of Pre-Sales Executive requires 4 to 5 years of experience in real estate, specifically in handling ultra-high project individuals (HNIs). Responsibilities include prospecting and engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and presenting tailored solutions. This position demands expertise in navigating the real estate market and effectively communicating with high-value clients to drive successful sales outcomes.
1. Prior experience in a Pre-Sales/tele-sales or related role (From Real Estate Only).
2. Handled Launches, experienced in taking EOI on call.
3. Experienced in selling Holiday homes.
4. Generating Leads by making calls, understanding the needs, and inviting the prospect for the Site Visit.
5. Recognize the necessity for real estate investment or purchase, and then inform the potential buyer about properties that fit their expectations and budgets.
6. Processing a thorough awareness of the locations, facilities, connectivity, and configuration.
7. Consistently improving oneself on nearby projects.
8. Inviting potential customers to visit the location. Keeping in contact with potential customers until they decide to purchase the property or visit the site.
9. Prepare and deliver sales presentations virtually, demos, and proposals to potential customers.
10. Handling HNI and ultra HNI clients through outbound and inbound calls, Site visits, Virtual Walkin, Physical Walk-in etc.
11. Call Centre Executive/Tele-sales Executives will be responsible for achieving the targets of lead qualification, site visits, virtual site visits and bookings.
12. Good English communication skills required. Should be able to speak in regional languages – Added Advantage (Marathi, Gujarati, Etc.).
13. Should be able to convince the customers by taking them for a virtual site visit of the property.
14. Advise buyers on price and discuss offers with them, acting as mediators between Customer and Sales Agent. Utilize effective sales techniques to secure agreements for site visits.
15. They need to follow-up and contact prospective buyers directly if a property for sale closely matches their requirements.
