JD & Responsibilities for Sr. Desktop Engineer

·        Hands on experience on Laptop troubleshoot, repair & laptop spare parts replacement.

·        Good knowledge of Firewall /Manage switch/Access point configuration.

·        Experience on Zoom / Team and others video conference platforms.

·        Good Knowledge MAC/LINUX/Server and window OS

·        Experience in MacBook troubleshoot.

·        Experience of supporting as many of the following as possible: MS team, VOIP, PC/Laptop builds, OS configuration, AD administration.

·        Must have a broad background in hardware support for both laptops & mobile phones (iOS/Android).

·        Experience in AD & DNS

·        Knowledge of O365 admin console

·        Knowledge of G-suit admin console

·        Good Knowledge of Window server 2016 & 2019

·        Knowledge of Virtualization (MS Azure)

·        Provides end to end user support, advice and guidance around Document recovery, Emails & Personal Folder recovery, Data management, Mobile Managed Provisioning / User Support

·        Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
