Job description
· Should have good business communication skill-Oral and Written
· Highly Energetic, helpful, and cordial approach with abilities to meet customer requirements
· Should have pleasing personality to interact with customer
· Creating customer delight experience while on boarding new customers
· Thorough Knowledge of real estate processes of customer lifecycle from start to end
· Ensure timely completion of task given by head and management
· Coordination with banker, channel partners, internal team, and other departments
· Replying customers on email, messages, Handling Customer Queries on Emails & Solving them
· Ensuring timely collection of payment, following up with customer and banker for sanction letter
· Making Agreements, Demands, NOC and other related documents
· Handling Possession processes
· Handling the BBA, TPA. PTM, Demand Letters for the Customers
· Generating various MIS Report like outstanding Collection on Estimate
· Possession letters and handling Possession to customers
Desired Skill
· Should have minimum experience of 3 years in CRM. Freshers are also welcome
· Knowledge of customer life cycle process in Real estate industry.
· Good in communication and presentation
· Tech savvy and system oriented
